Counsel for the petitioner submits that a complaint filed by the petitioner has been disposed of by the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority vide order dated 08.04.2025 (Annexure P-2), whereby certain directions have been issued.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner thereafter filed an execution petition, which is being adjourned. He, on instructions, states that the private respondents had filed an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal, but, no interim order has been passed therein. In view of the judgment passed by the Supreme Court of India in Rahul S. Shah Vs. Jinendra Kumar Gandhi and others 2021 INSC 270, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Executing Court to decide the execution petition as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.

All pending civil miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
