JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) By way of moving this writ petition, the petitioners, whose land was acquired by the State Government due to construction of Ranjeet Sagar Dam, have prayed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue him appointment letter as per the Scheme (P.1) dated 22.7.1996. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petition with permission to file fresh one with better particulars.
