reinstate the petitioner, in wake of the fact that he was acquitted in criminal case.

As is recorded in the order dated 03.10.2024, learned counsel for the petitioner had fairly admitted that certain amounts have been paid. He submits that the claim of reinstatement had already been raised by way of representation, reminder and Legal Notice dated 18.12.2017, 09.03.2018 and 31.03.2018, Annexures P-2 to P-4 respectively, which have not been decided one way or the other. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to MOHIT 2024.11.27 17:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

consider and decide the representation, reminder and legal notice dated 18.12.2017, 09.03.2018 and 31.03.2018, in accordance with law, expeditously. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith.
