Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing order dated 12.06.2023 (Annexure P-13) to the extent respondent No.4 has been posted on transfer from Government ITI, Bhiwani, to Government ITI, Kalanaur (Rohtak), against the post held by the petitioner. This is stated to be against an interim order granting status-quo qua his services by this Court in a petition claiming regularization of service. 2.

Mr. Harish Nain, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, on instructions from Ms. Neha Sharma, Legal Assistant, submits that despite the impugned order of transfer dated 12.06.2023, the petitioner's service shall not be dispensed with, and he shall be accommodated somewhere else.
