The petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents concerned to, after making an enquiry into the allegations, carried in Annexure P-2 and in case, the afore allegations are found correct, to thereafter register FIR against the accused concerned at the Police Station concerned, besides further to carry investigation into the offences as may be carried in the apposite FIR. All the aforemade be ensured to be done within three weeks hereafter.
