AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court for seeking relief as mentioned in the head note of the writ petition. The official respondents in paragraph 11 of preliminary objections of the written statement have taken the following stand:- "That this matter has been perused by the answering respondent thoroughly and came to conclusion that mistake is Savita 2017.01.24 10:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh

CWP No.21112 of 2013 {2} only due to technically and misunderstanding on the part of revenue officials which is liable to be corrected but right now it cannot be corrected because of the status quo interim order passed by this Hon'ble Court on dated 23.09.2013 in CWP No.21112 of 2013. It is submitted that this will be rectified as per decision of the Hon'ble Court in this case after the disposal of the writ petition."

They had acknowledged the factum of mistake and undertaken to rectify the same.

In view of the aforementioned stand, the grievance of the petitioners is redressed and the respondents are directed to take action as per the stand taken in the written statement indicated above. The writ petitions stand disposed of, in the aforementioned terms.
