No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
The petitioner by way this Writ Petition prays for issuance of a Writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to release the retiral as well as pensionary benefits to the petitioner. 3.
As per the details given out by the respondents, it is apparent that the petitioner has retired on 31.01.2015 and she has submitted all her documents by 31.03.2015. The payments with regard to her retiral benefits, however, has been released to the petitioner belatedly as under:- Sr. No.

The delay in releasing the amount has not been explained except to the fact that the sanction to the said payments was received late. The question regarding grant sanction is exclusively within the domain of the respondents and there is no role of the petitioner in that regard. 5.
In view thereof, the interest @ 9% per annum with regard to the amount from 31.01.2015 till the date the amount has been paid shall be paid to the petitioner individually for all the payments by the respondents as noticed above.

The said exercise shall be concluded and the payment be released within a period of three months.
