(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari/Mandamus for setting aside the order dated 25.01.2018 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties and in terms thereof, although all the disputes were required to be withdrawn by the respective parties, however, one application under Section 29 of the Industrial Disputes Act has not been withdrawn.
