(ORAL) Present revision petition has been filed for setting aside impugned order dated 08.01.2020 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Farikot whereby commitment order dated 23.10.2019 as well as entrustment of the case to that Court was set aside and the same was ordered to be sent to the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridkot with a direction to proceed as per law. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
