(Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 05.02.2020 vide which the writ petition was disposed of to follow action in view of the declaration of the result on the post of Lower Division Clerk by UHBVNL/DHBVNL for petitioners No.1 and 3. As per the affidavit of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission, the petitioner No.1 was not found eligible whereas the petitioner No.3 was found eligible.

Be whatsoever, since necessary compliance has been made, this petition may be disposed of having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
