(Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 06.05.2019 vide which a direction was issued to the Tehsildar concerned to undertake a demarcation of a passage and further direction to the BDPO, Panchayat was issued for initiation of proper action. Counsel for the State on the basis of the affidavit of the District Development and Panchayat officer, submits that a demarcation was conducted and action was taken under the Public Premises Act, for removal of the illegal occupants and thereafter, warrants of possession was executed. Similar is the reply filed by respondent No.3 Sarpanch. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
