The present petition has been filed under Section 439 CrPC read with Section 482 CrPC seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to accusedrespondent Nos.2 to 5 in case FIR No.638 dated 18.10.2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Hisar granted vide order dated 14.11.2018.

Learned State counsel submits that since the cancellation report dated 26.05.2023 has been prepared in the present case and is in the process of being submitted before the competent Court, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
