Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 31.07.2015 (Anneuxre P-9) passed by respondent No.2-Director Secondary Education, Haryana, and directing the respondent to appoint the petitioner on the post of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) Hindi with all other consequential benefits. Learned State counsel points out that as per the short reply dated 21.05.2021 filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2, in compliance of the order dated 13.11.2019 passed in LPA-1220-2015, the petitioner has been appointed vide appointment order dated 16.09.2020 (Annexure R-1) on the post of PGT (Hindi) issued by the Additional Chief Secretary to Govt. Haryana.

Since the petitioner has already been appointed on the post of PGT (Hindi), HES-II, vide appointment order dated 16.09.2020 in the pay band of Rs. 9300-34800+Grade Pay 4800/- plus usual allowances as admissible from time to time, no further order is called for in the present petition.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
