Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to expedite investigation to find minor daughter of the petitioner and get her released from illegal confinement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that minor daughter of the petitioner has already been found and therefore, he seeks to withdraw the present petition.

Learned State Counsel on instructions from ASI Shishpal admits the above said facts.
