(Oral) The petitioner seeks a direction for allotment of a plot under the Oustees Policy a copy whereof has been placed on record as Annexure P-8. Her case is that the land situated within the revenue estate of Rewari which she purchased vide sale-deed dated 25.06.1997, was acquired by the State of Haryana vide Award No.25 dated 07.12.2006. On this premise, the petitioner falls in the category of 'oustees' and is statedly entitled to allotment of a residential plot as per the Oustees Policy. The petitioner is said to have submitted applications but her claim having not been decided by HUDA authorities, the instant writ petition has been filed.

Taking into consideration the above-mentioned claim but without expressing any views on merits thereof, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Estate Office, HUDA, Rewari-respondent No.3 to verify the petitioner's claim and if she is found entitled to, let a Mohinder Kumar Kamboj 2017.01.18 15:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
