**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the amount of Rs.21,24,917/- along with interest for the work done by him. Petitioner has undertaken work of installation of additional tubewell pursuant to the tender floated by the respondents and released in favour of the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the work done to the satisfaction of the respondents-Department and legal notice dated 25.04.2022 issued to the respondents, the outstanding amount of the petitioner has not been released. CWP No.16772 of 2022(O&M)  Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case his representation is directed to be decided by respondent No.3 by passing a speaking order in accordance with law at the earliest. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Vivek Chauhan, Addl., A.G. Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the pending representation dated 25.04.2022 got issued by the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. If the claim of the petitioner is established with reference to record, then the payment be released to the petitioner forthwith.

If the claim of the petitioner is found to be not sustainable, then a copy of decision be supplied to the petitioner at the earliest.
