Petitioner-Sukhwinder Kaur,Head Teacher, Government Primary School Bansepur Block Majri had filed this writ petition challenging her transfer vide order dated 26.4.2018 (P-5)from the said school to Government Primary School Kambala,Block Kharar-3 against vacant post, on administrative grounds.

While issuing notice of motion this Court vide order dated 9.5.2018 had stayed the operation of the transfer order P-5. Subsequently vide order dated 31.7.2018 this Court after hearing counsel for both sides had vacated the interim stay of transfer. Against vacation of interim stay vide order dated 31.7.2018 petitioner moved LPA No.1199/2018 which was dismissed by the learned LPA Bench vide order dated 3.8.2018. Further while dismissing the said LPA, the learned LPA Bench had also directed that the main writ petition bearing CWP 11667/2018 also stood dismissed.
