******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact the petitioner intended to produce certified copy of judgment passed in civil suit No.68-1 of 2013 and Civil Appeal No.1 of 2016 decided on 09.11.2015 and 06.04.2016 respectively. Besides that she also wants to produce copy of order of Executing Court, whereby the possession was delivered to the petitioner through process of Court. All these documents are per se admissible in evidence. However, the application filed before the trial Court was not happily worded and seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh application before the trial Court seeking permission to produce copies of judgments and order. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In the event of such application being filed, trial Court will proceed to decide the same on merits.
