RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to official respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate legal action against the private respondents and decide the representation, Annexure P3.

Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.M.S.Nagra, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation, dated 10.08.2021, Annexure P-3, is decided expeditiously.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. the Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, District Fazilka to look into the representation, dated 10.08.2021, Annexure P-3, and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law and preferably within one month from today.
