In the present civil writ petition, the petitioner has sought quashing the action of the respondents in rejecting the claim of the petitioner for the post of PGT Punjabi Teacher, in pursuance of the advertisement dated 07.06.2012 (P-1) This Court, vide order dated 07.12.2012 had passed the following order:- "It is the contention of the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner although possesses the requisite experience for consideration for appointment to the post of Post Graduate Teacher (Punjabi) and had filled up the data accordingly but there was some typographical error therein, because of which, the data with regard to experience did not tally with the experience certificates, which were produced by the petitioner at the time of the scrutiny of the documents prior to the interview, which has resulted in rejection of the candidature of the petitioner by the Interview Committee on

07.10.2012. He contends that merely because of a typographical error when the petitioner at the time of scrutiny of the documents had produced the original documents, which were duly verified by the Block Education Officer and countersigned by the Deputy Director, Co-ordinator, the said experience certificates should have been taken into consideration by the Interview Committee and the petitioner should have been interviewed. Notice of motion, for 04.02.2013.

Direction is issued to the Haryana School Teachers Selection Board-respondent No. 2 to interview the petitioner provisionally to the post of Post Graduate Teacher (Punjabi). The result be not declared and the same be kept in a sealed cover. The participation of the petitioner in the interview will not confer any right, equity or claim in favour of the petitioner for appointment to the post in question. Copy of this order be given dasti to the counsel for the petitioner under signatures of the Special Secretary of this Court." Thereafter, vide order dated 22.11.2017, this Court directed the State counsel to produce the result of the petitioner and apprise this Court whether she falls within the zone of consideration, in view of the interim order dated 07.12.2012.

Today, when the case was taken up, the respondents did not have the result of the petitioner. However in the application i.e. C.M. No. 6950-2013 filed by the petitioner, it has been stated that the result of all the candidates with respect to advertisement (P-1) stands declared qua the PGT (Punjabi Teacher).

In view of the fact that the result has already been declared qua the PGT (Punjabi Teacher), the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to declare the result of the petitioner and
