(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition has become infructuous in view of the letter written by the Civil Surgeon, Ludhiana to the Senior Medical Officer, CHC, Sahnewal on 26.06.2024, regarding the conditional continuation of the services of the petitioner as detailed therein and he has submitted the copy of the above-said letter in the Court today and the same has been placed on the file.

Mr. Siddharth Sandhu, learned Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, has appeared on behalf of all the respondents in this case in pursuance of the copies of the present petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance and he acknowledges the issuance of the afore-mentioned letter.
