RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing of order, dated 02.07.2015, passed by respondent No.1, Annexure P-8, order dated 22.11.2012, passed by respondent No.2, Annexure P-2, and order dated 14.09.2012, passed by respondent No.3, Annexure P-1, vide which the private respondents have been directed to restore the dismantled water course A-B to its original position.
In response to the notice issued by this Court, Divisional Canal Officer, Narwana Water Services Division, Narwana, filed the status report, dated 28.10.2023 by way of his affidavit wherein affidavit filed by the petitioner is also annexed as Annexure R1. It has been submitted in the affidavit filed by the petitioner that he does not want any action in this case because his area is getting proper irrigation at site in the chak of outlet at RD 38830-R Dhamtan Disty and therefore he wants to withdraw this case. CWP-17945-2015 -2In view of the affidavit of the petitioner filed alongwith the abovesaid reply, the present petition is allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn.
