*** LISA GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for a direction to the respondents to grant the benefit of ACPs after 16, 24 and 32 years of regular satisfactory service in terms of policy dated 25.9.1998 (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that benefit of ACPs after 16, 24 and 32 years of regular satisfactory service has not been afforded to the petitioner even though the petitioner fulfills all requisite conditions as laid down in notification dated 25.09.1998 (Annexure P-1). It is further submitted that petitioner had retired on 31.12.2021 after attaining the age of superannuation, however, he has not been granted the due benefits of revised pay as well as of ACPs in terms of above said notification. In this respect, legal notice dated 27.06.2022 (Annexure P-2) has also been submitted by the petitioner but to no avail.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts the prayer for a decision on legal notice dated 27.06.2022 (Annexure P-2), submitted by the petitioner, in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

Keeping in view the limited prayer addressed, facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits thereof, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority, to decide legal notice dated 27.06.2022 (Annexure P-2) by passing a speaking order, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, petitioner is found entitled to any monetary benefits, same be released within two months thereafter. LISA GILL !
