CWP No. 21172 of 2013 This is a petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the ranking list dated 12.07.2012 (P-4).

It has remained undisputed that the relief sought by the petitioners in the instant writ petition has already been sought by another applicants/petitioners before this Court in CWP No. 19334 of 2010 titled as Gulshan Kumar and another vs. HPGCL and others and connected matters, decided on 16.03.2016. The aforesaid petition was allowed of by interpreting Rules and Regulations.
