DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) On the last date of hearing, none had appeared for the petitioners and following order was passed:- "Mr. Manjinder Singh Saini, Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondent No.2, who undertakes to file his power of attorney along with reply in registry.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 14.12.2023." On instructions from ASI Surjit Singh, it is informed by learned State counsel that after conclusion of the investigation, final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has already been filed before the Court of learned Area Magistrate on 29.09.2022 and that presently case is fixed for 18.12.2023 for consideration on charge.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances and considering the fact that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, this petition is hereby disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the pleas as taken in this petition before the Trial Court concerned at appropriate stage.
