(Oral) The present writ petition has been filed for enhancing compensation for the notification dated 25.08.2005 under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and whereby, the land for village Chirawta was acquired for Rs.12,50,000/- per acre on the ground that the petitioner is cosharers in the land. Counsel does not press the present petition and prays for liberty to seek his redressal before the competent Forum. Ordered accordingly.
