G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The present writ petition has been filed for enhancing compensation for the notification dated 25.08.2005 under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and whereby, the land for village Chirawta was acquired for Rs.12,50,000/- per acre on the ground that the petitioners are co-sharers in the land.

Counsel does not press the present petition and prays for liberty to seek his redressal before the competent Forum. Ordered accordingly.
