**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 to 4 for not harassing the petitioner and his family members on false and frivolous complaints by respondent Nos.6 and 7.

The learned counsel for the petitioners contends that multiple civil suits have been filed by respondent Nos.6 and 7 against the petitioners. In addition, they also got registered certain FIRs against the petitioners and their family members. Now, repeated complaints have been made to Police Stations SAS Nagar, Mohali and Derabassi, similar to those which have been made in the FIRs in question. On account of those complaints, the petitioners are being repeatedly summoned to both the Police Stations. He contends that this is an abuse of the process of the law KUSUM 2025.11.12 16:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC Chandigarh

CRM-M-30601-2025 -2and therefore, an order be passed by this Court directing the official respondents not to harass the petitioners and their family members. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 4.

Admittedly, two FIRs bearing FIR No.28 dated 04.02.2023 under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of IPC, Police Station Rajpura and FIR No.295 dated 17.10.2024 under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC, Police Station Sohana, SAS Nagar already stand registered against the petitioners and their family members/associates. Two Civil Suits have also been filed by respondent Nos.6 and 7 against the petitioners. Some other complaints have also been filed by them against the petitioners/family members/associates in which the petitioners are sought to be summoned to the Police Station for an inquiry.

In view of the aforementioned facts, the present petition is disposed of with the directions to the Investigating Agency that in case they wish to summon the petitioners to the Police Station on the basis of any complaint initiated at the instance of respondent Nos.6 and 7, then a copy of such complaint be also provided to the petitioners so that they can avail their remedies in accordance with law.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
