(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the FIR No.357 dated 04.09.2021 under Sections 193, 195, 323, 382, 420, 430 and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Naraingarh, District Ambala (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise dated 25.01.2022 (Annexure P-2) and all subsequent proceedings arising out of it. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with a liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
