JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner, who was working as a Guest Faculty Lecturer (Punjabi) in the Nehru Memorial Government College, Mansa since 2003, has directed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution seeking a writ of Certiorari for quashing the Advertisement dated 24.8.2015 (P.5) as also order dated 22.7.2015 (P.3) advertising the posts of Guest Faculty Lecturer (Hindi) with a further direction to reinstate him on the said post. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition pointing out that the petitioner has been re-appointed. Dismissed as withdrawn.
