There is simply no scope for interference to an order of termination of life membership for the petitioner for not responding to the show cause notice issued which is admittedly received through e-mail on 29.11.2014. Misconduct was attributed to the petitioner and the impugned order shows that she had been granted an opportunity to give her reply on 04.12.2014 which she did not.
