(ORAL) (The aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in virtual court) Petitioner No.1 claiming herself to be the widow of deceased-Ajay Kumar (belt No.228/CPF354/FTB) has sought the issuance of a writ/direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to release all pensionary and other monitory benefits.
It is further contended that to claim the dues, the petitioners earlier has given representation dated 27.08.2020 (P-7), which has not yet been decided by the competent authority. Learned counsel for the petitioners would be satisfied, if a direction is given to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad to take appropriate action on representation (P-7).
