Coram:
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rakesh Kumar Jain
Present:
Mr. R.D.Yadav, Advocate, for the petitioners.
**** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (Oral) This petition is directed against the orders of the revenue authorities, passed while dealing with the application filed under Section 111 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 seeking partition of the joint khewat. The petitioners have lost before all the Courts and have raised an issue before this Court that they were not given the opportunity of hearing against Naksha-Be, which is prepared when the mode of partition was accepted. I do not find any error in the impugned order because the petitioner is now raising this issue even after the Sanad has been issued. Consequently, there is no merit in the present petition for the purpose of interference by this Court.
Dismissed.
