The petitioners have filed this writ petition for issuance a direction to the respondents to declare the result of their 2nd year examination of Diploma in Pharmacy, which was held in May, 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are waiting for declaration of their result for the last more than one year. Notice of motion to respondent No.1.

At this stage, Ms. Puneet Sekhon, Advocate, has accepted notice on behalf of respondent No.1. She also informed the Court that the result of the aforesaid examination has been declared and is now available on the website of respondent No.1, i.e., Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training, Chandigarh.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that as VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2020.10.14 05:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
