Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay investment incentive claim in view of letter dated 18.4.2000. According to him, legal notice dated 8.8.2016 was served on respondent No.3. However, no decision has been taken thereon. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case legal notice dated 8.8.2016 has been received in the office of respondent No.3, he would take a decision thereon within three months.
