The limited prayer in the present petition is for directing respondent Nos.2 to 6 to conduct demarcation of land bearing Khasra Nos.180 and 181, which is Gair Mumkin Johar, situated in Village Raisan, Tehsil Nilokheri, District Karnal admeasuring about 10 acres, which has been encroached upon.

Mr. Saurabh Mago, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He on instructions has stated that the demarcation would be carried out within a period of one month from today. 4.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 - Deputy Commissioner, Karnal - to ensure that the demarcation is carried out within a period of one month from today by the concerned Revenue Officer in JITENDER KUMAR 2026.05.15 10:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment Chandigarh
