*** HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J (Oral) In response to the order dated 04.02.2015, compliance report by way of counter affidavit of Amrit Lal, Tehsildar-cum-Sub Registrar, Nawanshahar, respondent No.3 has been filed. It has been stated that two transfer deeds executed by the petitioner in favour of his sons have been registered in the office of Sub Registrar, Nawanshahar on 23.02.2015. It has further been submitted that both the 'Transfer Deeds' after registration have been referred to the Collector, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar for taking further action under the provisions of Section 47-A of the Indian Stamp Act. In view of the above position, learned counsel for the State states that this petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
