The challenge in this petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is to the order dated 17.07.2016 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.1 vide which the representation filed by the petitioner has been rejected. Further prayer has also been made to direct the respondents either to hand over the possession of the property purchased in open auction or to consider for refund of the amount of ` 16,10,000/- deposited for the purchase of the property in question along with interest @ 18% p.a. 2.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that since certain questions of fact are required to be established by leading evidence, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition. However, a prayer was made that liberty be granted to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedies as may be available to her, in accordance with law.
