)/   ( This writ petition has been filed inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No. 2 to 5 to provide assistance in handing over the physical possession of the secured asset. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that order dated 07.05.2024 (Annexure P-3) has been passed by the Additional District Magistrate, Khanna under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, 'SARFAESI Act'), directing delivery of possession of the secured asset. However, subsequently, Additional District Magistrate, Khanna recalled the said order vide order dated 28.06.2024 (Annexure P-4/T). It is further submitted that upon representation made by petitioner, the Additional District Magistrate, Khanna recalled the order Annexure P-4/T vide order dated 20.01.2026 (Annexure P-6/T) and again directed that possession of the secured asset be delivered to petitioner.
