AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) The case set out in present petition is that in pursuance to advertisement no.3/2015, process of filling up 1919 posts of Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) Group C, by way of direct recruitment was initiated. Essential qualification for the said post was graduate with Bachelor of Physical Education or Diploma in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or its equivalent from a recognized university. The petitioner being fully eligible submitted an application alongwith academic qualifications, was issued a Roll No.20123141 and as well as admit card. Examination was held on 20.12.2015, result of which was declared on 20.04.2017 but the name of petitioner was not found.

However, subsequently, respondents converted 60 posts to General Category and name of petitioner was found in the list and candidates were to download the admit card for interview from the website of Commission on 26.05.2019. No personal intimation was given to him, therefore, could not go for scrutiny of the documents, therefore, petitioner SAVITA KADIAN 2019.07.

CWP No.18353 of 2019 {2} may be granted one chance for interview. The interviews are over but the result has not been declared so far.

I am afraid the aforementioned prayer is not acceptable as no plausible explanation has come forth for not going for scrutiny of the documents except that no personal intimation has been given. A person has to be diligent. It is not a case that all such persons could not avail the chance for scrutiny of documents. Had there been genuine ground of ailment and other exigencies, this Court would have definitely come to the rescue of petitioner.

No ground for interference is made out.

Dismissed.
