This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 19.04.2024 passed in CWP-8623-2024. 2.

The compliance report by way of affidavit of Er. Dawinderpal Singh, Executive Engineer, Construction Division No.2, PWD B&R, Amritsar alongwith a speaking order dated 06.06.2025 deciding the legal notice sent by the petitioner has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. Copy of the compliance report has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the compliance report, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged.
