eply by way of affidavit of Shri Harcharan Singh Gill, PPS, Additional Superintendent, Central Jail Patiala on behalf of respondents No.1, 2 & 3 alongwith custody certificate (Annexure R-1) and a letter (Annexure R-2) which is sent by Superintendent, Central Jail Patiala to the District Magistrate, Purvi Champaran(Bihar) seeking verification and report/recommendations for initiating the case for pre mature release of the petitioner has been filed today in Court and the same is taken on record.
