Main case Instant petition has been filed under Article 227 r/w Section 151 CPC for issuance of the directions to the trial Court concerned to expeditiously decide the application dated 23.05.2019 filed under Order VII Rule 11 CPC in the civil suit No.787/2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if directions are issued to the trial Court concerned for deciding the application dated 23.05.2019 (Annexure P-10) , which has been pending adjudication ever since then in a civil case within a reasonable time.
