The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 01.12.2017 passed by Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chandigarh (for brevity,'the Tribunal'), whereby his defence was closed on the ground that they are trying to delay the process of recovery.
[2] Respondent No.2-Bank has filed its reply. We have heard learned counsel for the parties. The case is at the initial stage and it appears that interest of the petitioner would be adequately met if one more opportunity is granted to him to file the written statement. The case is now listed before the Tribunal on 10.09.2018.
