The present revision petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 14.07.2022 (Annexure P-11) and also for issuance of directions to learned Civil Judge concerned, to decide the application dated 07.04.2022 (Annexure P-5).

Order dated 14.07.2022 relates to the decision of an application, which is Annexure P-9, wherein, it is stated about there to be a clerical mistake, in noting the date as 08.12.2022 instead of 19.05.2022. So far as, application dated 07.04.2022 is concerned, the same has been filed by the respondent for recalling/review of order dated 17.03.2022 passed on the VINEET GULATI 2022.08.30 15:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment Chandigarh application under Order 7 Rule 10 and 11 CPC, filed by defendant No.4

CR-3081-2022 -2- (petitioner No.3) On query made by this Court, as to whether, any submission has been made before the Court concerned, for the decision on the abovesaid application, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such application has been filed and no oral submission has also been made to decide the application (Annexure P-5).

In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he does not want to pursue with the present revision petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty to make appropriate submissions before the lower Court. Ordered accordingly.

However, if any such application is filed within a period of 15 days from today, it is desired and expected that the Court concerned shall decide the same expeditiously.
