***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioners have sought a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to grant them permit under the Stage Carriage Scheme, 2016 published in February, 2017 in official gazette of the Haryana Government as per Motor Vehicle Act, 1988.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that the case of the petitioners shall be considered in light of order dated 13.10.2017 passed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court and they shall be intimated accordingly. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
