1. The petitioners seek issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent No.4 to conclude the proceedings pending under Section 27 of Haryana Co-operative Societies Act pertaining to the alleged illegal appointments of respondents No.7 to 16.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondents No.7 to 16 had been appointed in an irregular manner without adopting any procedure prescribed under the Service Rules and on account of which proceedings under Section 27 of Haryana Co-operative Societies Act had been initiated, but have not been concluded.

4. On the asking of the Court Mr. Samarth Sagar, Addl. AG, Haryana, who is present in Court accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5. Learned State counsel has informed that the matter under Section 27 of Haryana Co-operative Societies Act is fixed today before Deputy Registrar and that necessary proceedings would be concluded expeditiously.

6. Having considered the submissions made before this Court, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2-The Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Haryana, to ensure that the proceedings under Section 27 of Haryana Co-operative Societies Act pertaining to appointment of the private respondents are concluded at the earliest preferably within a period of four weeks from today.
