(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has remained involved in three criminal cases out of which, one case was registered at Police Station Ghalkhurd, District Ferozepur, vide FIR No.167 dated 14.09.2015 under Section 22 of the NDPS Act wherein he has been acquitted and in the second criminal case registered at the same Police Station vide FIR No.60 dated 22.05.2016 under Section 21 of the NDPS Act, he has been convicted and awarded punishment whereas in the third one as registered at the said Police Station vide FIR No.52 dated 09.06.2020 under Section 21 of the NDPS Act, the Challan has already been presented against him in the Court. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.

Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn.
