(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure praying for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to carry out the fair and transparent investigation in case FIR No.0150 dated 23.06.2022 registered under Sections 323, 341, 342, 148, 149, 506, 325 and 452 IPC at Police Station Tanda and to add the additional Sections of kidnapping punishable under Sections 363, 364 367 and 308 of Indian Penal Code.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
