(Oral) It is the case of petitioner that on account of rash and negligent driving on part of respondent No.4-Bhupinder Singh on 7.4.2021, two young persons lost their lives while three were injured including son of the petitioner. Although, the petitioner submitted representation dated 21.5.2021 (Annexure P-2) and also representation dated 20.8.2021 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, but to no avail.

Without commenting anything as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, to look into the matter and to dispose of the representations dated 21.5.2021 and 20.8.2021 (Annexures P-2 and P-3) in accordance with law.
